We are sorry to tell you that, in accordance with the Government’s directive, HOPE will now be closed until further notice.
Our crops are now growing and our lovely potatoes planted. We’re keeping them watered and healthy. Because of COVID-19, we have decided that our produce will be sent to vulnerable families in Arbroath throughout the summer, as part of the Reach Across project.
Meanwhile look after yourselves and keep well. We look forward to welcoming you back to HOPE as and when the situation changes.
HOPE is a thriving organic garden on Scotland’s east coast. It is an environmentally friendly project, providing horticulture training and work experience. All our trainees are people with learning disabilities who live in the Angus area. HOPE has a positive and growing profile in the community, and our shop in the garden sells the organic vegetables and fruit that we grow.
