1 1/2 lbs apples
1 teaspoon ginger or more if liked
1 pt vinegar
Drain and cut into small cubes.
Peel and core apples and cut small along with onions.
Put into a pan with the rest of the ingredients except beetroot.
Cook for 20-25 mins stirring occasionally.
Add beetroot and boil 10-15 mins.
Cool and jar.
