2 medium courgettes
3 large carrots
1 small chilli
1 clove garlic
1 handful chives
500g mozzarella cheese
1 tsp oregano
3 medium eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 handful sesame seeds
Grate the courgettes, carrots and cheese.
Chop the garlic, chives and oregano.
Combine with flour and eggs and mix together.
Make burgers with a dusting of flour and sesame seeds. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
You can spice up the recipe by adding curry paste to the mixture.
Great with a fresh salad and Guinness!
