2 Arbroath Smokies skinned, boned and flaked
2 tablespoons good mayonnaise
50g Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons finely snipped Dill or Fennel
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mix into a smooth pate
Place the ingredients into a large bowl and mix by hand!
Serve garnished with the herb used with toast, oatcakes or rolls
